The experience begins with a trolley tour of Green-Wood Cemetery, to uncover the influential figures of the Revolutionary War and the distillers who left their mark on the early days of New York.
Then, the trolley will bring you to us, at Fort Hamilton Distillery in Industry City. Here you can discover and taste the New World Gin that has NY history distilled into each bottle.

Join us on Saturday, May 18, 7:00-8:15pm, for a presentation on the history and tasting of cocktail bitters in addition to two bitters-inspired cocktails.
This class includes:
Cocktail bitters tasting, two full size bitters inspired cocktails, charcuterie board paired with drinks, hour long presentation on the history of bitters and their connection to “snake oil” medicine from the 1800s and tasting of cocktail bitters ranging from brands going back to the 1800s to modern day varieties.
On Sunday, May 12, 3:00-5:30pm, come on a multifaceted journey through time as we explore historic Green-Wood Cemetery, followed by a curated cocktail experience here, at Fort Hamilton Distillery.
While you sip on cocktails, we will reveal the connections between these libations and a selection of sites encountered within the cemetery.

South Korean violinist Katherine Kyu Hyeon Lim has been presented by acclaimed organizations such as Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, Chamber Music America, Groupmuse, House of Yes and international Contemporary Ensemble.

Aaron will be in conversation with co-founder Alex Clark, who will also be presenting a tasting of the distillery’s rye whiskey.
